:This is a picture of a person benching 430 pounds!!!!! Thats a lot. I chose this picture because I love working out. I think its important for me to stay healthy and fit for my sports. Plus nothing feels better than beating your old max for bench but even if you fail you get the motivation to get it next time. No matter what I do in life I'm gonna stay fit because I hate being lazy and its fun to me. If I had the money I would try to open up a fitness center, but I won't be able to think about that for awhile. Working out gives me goals to reach and the satisfaction of knowing I did something to better myself today.
